Grand Opening Party

Our grand opening party is this Saturday! Come help us celebrate the opening of the Gig Harbor Fly Shop. In the morning we will have free coffee and pastries and Gary will be doing a free fly tying demo. If you have been wanting to try out an Echo, Scott, Guideline, or Ross rod our reps will have rods all lined up and ready to cast. Garry Sandstrom (former owner of The Morning Hatch in Tacoma) will also be demonstrating the Guideline welding kit at noon. Dan Marshall, our rep for Echo and Scott fly rods will also have spey and switch rods available on the Jerisich dock at 12:30pm. Make sure to be here at 2pm for our raffle as we will be raffling off a brand new Scott fly rod as well as other items. So check over the schedule, show up to what you want to, maybe bring your fishing gear along and go fish, and be back for the raffle.

9:00am - 10:00am - Sea-Run Bugger Fly Tying Demonstration by our very own Gary Marston
10:00am - 12:00pm - Rod demos behind the shop on the grass (Echo, Scott, & Guideline)
12:00pm - 12:45pm - Line welding kit demonstration by Garry Sandstrom
12:30pm - 1:30pm - Spey rod demos on the Jerisich public dock with Dan Marshall
2:00pm - Raffle - Win a new Scott rod as well as other giveaways!
